Headteacher and Senior Leader Briefing – 6th July 2022 4pm – 5pm

We are looking forward to welcoming school leaders to our next briefing event – we are pleased to share that the Flying High English Hub will be with us to share their offer for September 2022, to help schools understand the offer from English Hubs to support early reading.

GUEST SPEAKER: Supporting Early Reading – What funding can schools access to develop their Reading Strategy?

Carl Pattison,  Director of the Flying High English Hub

We will also be welcoming Caroline Arnold, Director of George Spencer SCITT to talk us through the DfE staffing forecasts for schools and in turn the implications for schools as we continue to support the recruitment and retention agenda.

GUEST SPEAKER: Revisiting the Teacher Recruitment and Retention Agenda – What’s the data telling us?

Caroline Arnold, Director of George Spencer SCITT

And finally, join us for a hub update for all the key changes and opportunities the DfE is implementing around the workforce development pipeline.

TSH Update: Updates for September 2022-2023 – what is going to change? How can we maximise the DfE staff development offer?

Tammy Elward, Spencer Teaching School Hub
